  • What kind of payments do you accept?

    We accept all forms of payment, such as Cash, Check, Apple Pay, Android Pay, AMEX, Master Card, Visa, Venmo, and Discover Card. 

     

    We provide billing services and accept business checks for repeat customers for commercial jobs. However, for the first service completion at a commercial location, we require a payment in the form of debit, credit, or cash to establish a good-faith business relationship.

  • Should I replace my locks if I lose the key?

    Changing locks means taking the locks off and installing a new lock. Rekeying a lock means changing the existing lock cylinder so your existing key will no longer work and a new one will. Unless your locks are broken, just a rekey is needed.

  • Which areas do you cover?

    We cover the entire South Bay, including San Jose, Campbell, Los Gatos, Saratoga, Monte Sereno, Santa Clara,  Milpitas, Fremont, Sunnyvale, Mountain View, Cupertino, Morgan Hill, San Martin, Gilroy, Palo Alto, East Palo Alto, Los Altos, Menlo Park, and the surrounding areas.

  • Can you open or fix a lock without breaking it?

    We always try to fix and open locks non-destructively, as this will keep the costs down. However, sometimes we must break a lock if non-destructive entry isn’t possible. We will always advise of costs before proceeding with any work.

  • Is it possible to make one key work on all my locks?

    Yes! If you have a key that slides into all your locks, then we can rekey the locks to work with one key.

  • What is a high-security lock?

    For enhanced security, high-security locks with restricted key access are an excellent choice. They are designed to be extremely difficult to duplicate, providing maximum protection against burglaries in residential and commercial settings. Contact us to discuss your security needs, and we'll work with you to find an affordable solution that meets your requirements.

  • My key broke in the lock! What should I do?

    Don’t panic! We can help. We recommend not trying to remove the key yourself, as you may cause further damage to the door lock. Depending on where the snap occurs, we may be able to remove and repair the lock. In more extreme cases, the lock may need to be replaced.
